This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of service quality, price promotion on customer satisfaction xl Axiata mobile internet among college students in South Tangerang. The type research used is descriptive survey explanatory with verificative method. population was from three universities a highest number Tangerang, sample purposive sampling method by determining size using general reference SEM sample, which 5-10 times indicators according Hair Supriyadi, 2014. 220 respondents. Data collected questionnaires. data analyzed Sturctural Equation Modelling (SEM) tools Lisrel 8.80. result revealed that quality had positive significant effect satisfaction, simultaneously have satisfaction.
